Between September 11 and September 21, 2015, TKK Corporation Co., Ltd. organized a training course, Business Fundamental Program for Supervisor, to develop the leadership potential of personnel at the supervisor level. In this training, in addition to all seminar participants receiving knowledge and experience from experts in management and strategic planning, they also participated in a workshop to practice thinking, teamwork, and systematic planning in order to develop businesses and services for maximum efficiency.
In addition to gaining knowledge and practicing strategic planning, this training session also provided participants with the opportunity to present their collaborative projects and strategies. On December 28th, company executives provided a forum for each group to present their projects and strategies, which had been conceived and planned over a three-month period. Beyond enhancing participants' thinking skills, this training also enabled the company to apply the team's project presentations to various processes within the company. It also provided a valuable opportunity for executives to hear from senior staff about operational approaches and perspectives shared by each team. These insights and suggestions can be used to develop and implement organizational and service developments, ultimately driving the company's business forward.
