● Pinch Expander (PEX-12): Angled dual-roller system pinches both web edges to force outward tension; available in 50mm, 100mm, 150mm lengths with options in fluorine or silicon rubber.
● TK Expander Roller (EXR-10 to EXR-50): Internal slant mechanism causes slat rubbers to expand outward while rotating, ideal for wide applications.
● TK Screw Roller: SUS304 fin-blade design for strong widening effect; motor-driven; customizable roller diameter and fin height.
● Curved Expander Roller (KSK-EXP): Bow-shaped shaft with rubber tubing and multiple bearings to eliminate wrinkles.
● FS Roller (FS-1/2): Soft NBR rubber with grooved angle design; bends under pressure to smooth vertical wrinkles; available with internal or external bearings.
